Responsibilities

Driving Conversion and OnboardingA significant portion of your daily focus will involve guiding new sign-ups through the initial stages of platform adoption. You will lead engaging product demonstrations that translate CAASie’s technical features into tangible business outcomes, effectively converting trial users into active, spending clients. By acting as a strategic advisor during the onboarding phase, you will ensure that new accounts are set up for success and feel confident in their investment from day one.

Growth and Revenue ExpansionBeyond the initial conversion, you will focus on deepening existing relationships to drive sustained revenue growth. This involves analyzing client performance data to identify opportunities for increased spend and providing the strategic insights necessary to help them scale their campaigns effectively. You will be responsible for identifying untapped potential within your portfolio and working closely with clients to expand their footprint across the CAASie ecosystem.

Retention and Relationship ManagementYour success will be measured by the longevity and health of our client base. You will proactively manage client satisfaction by maintaining a high touchpoint frequency, solving technical or strategic challenges before they escalate, and ensuring our users remain updated on new features. By fostering strong, trust-based relationships, you will minimize churn and maximize client retention, ensuring CAASie remains an indispensable part of their advertising tech stack.

Requirements

  • Proven Account Management Success: You have a track record of managing a diverse portfolio of clients, with a focus on driving both retention and revenue growth. You know how to navigate client relationships and turn "trial users" into long-term partners.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: You understand the digital marketing ecosystem. You can speak confidently about ad spend, campaign performance, and how a platform like CAASie fits into a broader marketing strategy.
  • Software Industry Background: You have a solid background working within the software or SaaS space. You are comfortable articulating technical value propositions and can quickly adapt to evolving product features and industry trends.
  • HubSpot Proficiency: You have experience using HubSpot to manage pipelines, track client interactions, and leverage data to prioritize your daily outreach.
  • Strong Presentation Skills: Whether you’re performing a live demo or explaining complex technical features over email, you can communicate clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
