We're looking for a Global Sales Manager to lead CAASie’s international expansion and drive our next phase of growth.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for defining and executing a high-impact global sales strategy while building, mentoring, and driving the performance of a world-class sales team.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy.

Identify and penetrate new international markets and industries.

Increasing budgets and spend across new clients.

Oversee the entire sales process from initial prospecting and lead generation to account creation and onboarding.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Manage the global sales budget and provide regular, data-driven forecasts to stakeholders.

Act as a primary brand ambassador for CAASie, ensuring consistent messaging across all global sales initiatives.

Partner with product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with CAASie's technical capabilities and brand positioning.

Requirements

Proven track record of building, running, and scaling multi-region high performance sales teams at a VP or Head Of Sales level.

Experience within the ad-tech sector or adjacent industries.

Deep understanding of marketing agency workflows.

Preferably based in one of the major US ads markets (New York/Los Angeles/Chicago).
