Responsibilities
Providing technical leadership and strategic direction to the development team

Mentoring and supporting junior developers to enhance their skills and capabilities
Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Participating in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement activities
Requirements
Extensive experience (6+ years) as a software developer, with a proven track record of leading successful projects
Deep expertise in modern programming languages, frameworks and development best practices
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
Passionate about technology and committed to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field is preferrable
