Troubleshooting Campaigns with No Plays
Objective: To troubleshoot campaigns that have not received any plays by following a series of steps to identify and resolve potential issues.
Is the campaign paused?
Check if the campaign is live. If not, hit the play button to activate it.
Does the account have credit?
Ensure there is sufficient budget in the account. If not, top up the account by clicking on the top-up button.
Check your schedule to make sure it's supposed to play.
Verify the schedule to confirm that it is currently live. Adjust the dates if needed to ensure the campaign is scheduled to play.
Also review the schedule to see if the campaign is set to play on the desired date and time. Make adjustments if necessary.
Verify your artworks - coverage & approval.
Check if all artworks have been uploaded and approved. Upload any missing artworks if needed.
Verify the approval status of the artworks by hovering the mouse over them to see if they are approved, rejected, or pending approval.
Board Availability
Confirm the availability of boards where the campaign is scheduled to play. Ensure that boards with low availability are avoided.

- Double-check all changes made to the campaign to avoid any errors.
- Ensure that all uploaded artworks comply with the guidelines and requirements.
- Regularly monitor campaign performance to address any issues promptly
