How much does it cost to create a CAASie.co account?
Creating a CAASie account is free. What you pay for is usage – which means that if you run a campaign, the cost of ads will also include CAASie’s fees.
What is the minimum campaign duration?
You’re in complete control of your campaign – it can be as long or short as you like. However, you obviously need to select at least one day. You can then break this day into specific hours if you want to.
What’s the minimum campaign spend on CAASie.co?
There’s no minimum campaign spend. However, when you’re loading credit into your account there’s a minimum purchase of $20USD (based on the exchange rates at the time).
Why is all the pricing in US Dollars?
CAASie trades internationally which means that payment for ads is required in multiple currencies. However, we wanted to make sure that price fluctuations in your campaign reporting was based on the cost of the ads, and not based on the exchange rates across those currencies. To achieve this, we chose USD as a single standard currency for all ad purchases.
When you load credits into your account using an Australian credit card/bank, the purchase is performed in Australian dollars, however it will be converted and held in your account as USD until it’s used up. This way you don’t need to do any conversion maths while running your campaigns.
How do I buy CAASie.co credit?
Credit is pre-purchased online via credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. This credit is then used (automatically deducted from your CAASie account) to purchase each ad that’s delivered.
Does CAASie.co automatically debit my card?
No, CAASie will not automatically withdraw funds from a credit card or bank account – you need to actively make a purchase each time. If you run out of credit before your campaign ends, it will pause until you top up.
How do I give my ads to CAASie.co?
You can upload your ads directly into your campaign. Just upload or drag and drop the file into the appropriate fields.
Does my campaign need to be approved, how long does it take?
Your ads will be checked to make sure that the content is appropriate for the sites/screens in your campaign. This is a two-stage process; the ad is firstly reviewed by my team of humans. Once they approve it, it is then sent to the owner of the screen for final approval. The overall process can take up to 48 hours, but generally takes less than 6 hours.
