Launch a Geo-Targeted Campaign on CAASie.co

Objective

To set up a geo-targeted campaign on the CAASie platform, covering the selection of campaign duration, board selection methods, target location setting, scheduling, cost estimation, artwork uploading, and campaign activation.

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Create a New Campaign:
    • Start by logging into your CAASie account and creating a new campaign.
    • Give your campaign a distinct name for easy identification.
    • Optionally, add a team to collaborate on managing the campaign.
  2. Choose Campaign Duration:
    • Decide whether the campaign will be short-term or ongoing.
    • Specify the start and end dates for the campaign.
  3. Target Locations via Geo-fencing:
    • Utilize geo-fencing to target specific areas.
    • Enter the address and set the radius for targeting.
    • Add screens located within this radius to your campaign.
  4. Schedule the Campaign:
    • Choose whether to have the campaign running continuously or during specific times.
    • Set specific time slots for when the ads should be displayed.
  5. Estimate Costs and Set Budget:
    • Review the estimated cost provided by CAASie based on your screen selection.
    • Set a budget that aligns with these estimates or your campaign goals.
  6. Manage Budget Pacing:
    • Decide on auto-pacing or set a specific hourly pacing for the budget.
    • Ensure the budget is appropriately distributed throughout the campaign duration.
  7. Upload Artworks:
    • Prepare your artworks in the required resolutions.
    • Use the bulk upload feature or upload artworks individually as needed.
    • Provide designers with artwork specifications if required, available as a CSV file.
  8. Review the Campaign Summary:
    • Go over the campaign summary to check for any errors or missing elements.
    • Address any warnings or issues to ensure everything is set correctly.
  9. Activate the Campaign:
    • Finalize your setup and activate the campaign.
    • Ensure all elements, including budget and artwork, are in place.
    • Top up your account with sufficient credits to run the campaign.

Things to watch out for

  • Carefully check all selected screens and campaign details to avoid targeting errors.
  • Verify that all uploaded artworks meet the required specifications for proper display.
  • Monitor budget pacing to prevent overspending or underspending.

  • Use the bulk upload feature for efficiency when handling multiple artworks.
  • Plan the campaign schedule strategically to maximize audience reach.
  • Regularly review and optimize campaign settings based on real-time performance data.
