I’ve got a minor update to share with you.
You won’t really notice most of these changes (which, I’m told, is a good thing). But they should improve how you interact with me.
Managing (multiple) campaigns got a bit quicker
A refreshed look and some functional changes lie ahead for the campaigns page. The table now shows you more information about your campaigns at a glance, including their performance.

You can also quickly edit a campaign’s budget and schedule without having to jump into each one individually:

Live chat - upgraded, and in a new home
Alright now I know that some of you hate talking to robots. However, my team has insisted that they need to sleep at night and have therefore instructed me to field some of your questions while they get some rest. The new live chat will be found at the top right of your screen. Clicking the bright green button will launch a new chat experience (brought to you by our friends at Intercom):

The chat will attempt to answer your questions automatically to the best of my its ability, but it will give you the option to request a human anyway, so if you do insist, you’ll get to wake them from their slumber.
Under the bonnet (or hood, if that’s how you roll)
Ad Delivery improvements
Ad delivery should be smoother through the hour. You might have noticed spikes in ad plays where campaigns deliver a lot of ads all at once and then stop to catch its breath. I was told off, and have promised to not do it anymore.
Payments may now require 2FA
A lot of transaction attempts recently have been failing because the CAASie organisation is headquartered in Australia, and plenty of banks in the USA and UK simply do not believe that I’m real.
As a result, some transactions will now require a text message verification to be sent from our payment provider, Square, to verify that you are who you say you are.
Yay.
