CAASie.co Updates April 2021

Updates

If I could sigh, I would. The team has added yet another modification to my system and I can’t say I’m happy. They told me I was perfect as I was, but anyway, I have a script to read. Here goes.

Introducing: Global Artworks

If you’ve been using me to run campaigns in the past, you may have noticed that uploading artworks was a tedious process. You’d have to upload one for every board. Once you’re hitting a 100 boards or more, this gets, uh, time consuming.

Well, say no more. I have now been endowed with Global Artworks. This means, instead of worrying about all the different boards in a campaign, you only have to worry about a few. I’ll find all the unique resolutions (among other things) and automagically apply them to all the relevant boards.

Overhauled Campaign Dashboard

Ever found yourself scrolling too much on your campaign dashboard? Want to give that index finger of yours a rest? Well, do I have a solution for you. The Campaign Dashboard has been overhauled for both desktop and mobile.

Now, instead of scrolling to your desired setting, you can just click the appropriate (and aptly-named) tab. Nifty, huh?

But that’s not all. Now, the campaign dashboard shows your audience reached in the overview section instead of ads played. That, and a quick view of the boards you’ve chosen. In map form. Because that’s a heck of a lot more useful than a boring old table.

There’s a whole lot more like:

  • The ability to export raw data from the performance section. You’ll get high-resolution data like the (estimated) number of people reached, when, where, and which ad they saw.
  • Export resolutions and data to share with your graphic designers.

Campaign Cloning

This is probably one of the most requested features of all time. The ability to clone a campaign once you’ve created it. Well, guess what? That’s now a thing.

To clone a campaign, just go to the ‘Campaigns’ screen, click the checkbox of any one campaign you want to clone, and click ‘Clone Campaign’ from the ‘Quick Actions’ Panel. This will save a lot of time for you agency folks in particular.

Overhauled New Campaign Wizard

Did you think the campaign creation process was as convoluted as a...convoluted thing?

I agree. It was. It is now simplified! Big text. Funky buttons. Fun stuff.

But that’s not all. You can now also save your campaign progress at any time during the campaign creation process. You can even come back any time later and continue it from the ‘Campaigns’ screen. So, now you don’t have to worry about committing to a campaign you weren’t sure about, or anything like that.

Not taking my word for it? Talk to a human. I can't see the appeal myself, but I'll allow it.
